Step 1.
Believe in
yourself!
Close your
eyes, take a few deep breaths and recall the time you felt really great about
yourself. Recall as many details as possible. When you open your eyes, you are flooded
with feelings of self-confidence. You have got everything you need to get what you
want out of life because you have done it before and can do it again.
Step 2.
Dream big!
If you dream
big, it means that you open yourself up to opportunities that otherwise might
have flown right past you. This takes your dream out of the future and into the
present. It convinces your subconscious mind that it can't wait for tomorrow to
get going on your dream. It's a powerful tool.
Step 3.
Make it
happen!
If you spend
even three minutes a day on your dream, you are bound to get results. Remember:
"The longest journey starts with a single step". People who make just
one small move toward their goal are more likely to achieve it than those who
require a bigger, bolder gesture.
Enhance the effect by repeating
"this is easy" Repeat this phrase any time the smallest doubt starts
to creep into your mind. Remember: if you tell yourself "this looks hard",
then it will be. But if you believe something is going to be easy, then it will
be!
